Engineers

without Borders

European Forum

Brussels 17-19 May 2024

ABOUT THE FORUM

The first European Forum of "Engineers Without Borders" will take place in Brussels from 17 to 19 May 2024. Engineers from across Europe will convene to discuss the vital role of engineering in addressing global challenges, particularly in the Global South. The Forum will start with a conference aiming to promote cooperation between engineers from different backgrounds and regions, emphasizing the importance of sharing insights and experiences. Key topics include securing decent living conditions for all within planetary boundaries, addressing power imbalances in North-South development cooperation, and fostering inclusive and sustainable practices. Additionally, the event will showcase impactful projects supported by European Engineers Without Borders associations, highlighting successful collaborations and tangible results worldwide.

On Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 May, the work will focus on a series of exchanges and thematic workshops between our members and experts from different European Without Borders associations coming from all over Europe.

Register now for this exceptional event organised at the initiative of "Ingénieurs sans Frontières Belgique", and together, let's make this Forum a success.
